Bookflightfrom operates solely as an independent travel agency under NPS Holdings LLC. We are not an airline, aircraft operator, or transportation provider, and we do not own, manage, or control any airline or travel service.
Our role is limited to assisting customers with travel planning and reservations through third-party airlines and travel suppliers. Every booking request submitted through our platform is manually reviewed and processed by trained travel consultants. Tickets are never issued automatically and require proper review and customer confirmation before completion.
All flight services are provided directly by the airline or travel supplier. Your booking is subject to the airline’s own terms, fare conditions, baggage rules, and policies. Any service fee charged by Bookflightfrom applies only to our consultation and booking assistance services.
Flight prices and seat availability are subject to change until the reservation is fully confirmed and ticketed by the airline. Airlines may revise fares without prior notice before ticket issuance.
Passengers must ensure that the name entered during booking exactly matches the government-issued identification or passport used for travel. Most airlines do not allow name corrections or changes after ticket issuance.
Bookflightfrom may charge separate service fees for booking support, modifications, cancellations, or additional assistance. These service fees are independent of airline charges and are generally non-refundable.
Any payment processed by Bookflightfrom applies only to our agency-related service charges. Airline ticket amounts are handled directly through authorized airlines or travel suppliers, and Bookflightfrom does not process airline payments on behalf of carriers.
Flight changes, cancellations, refunds, and travel credits are governed entirely by the airline’s fare rules and policies. Certain discounted or promotional fares may be non-refundable and non-changeable.
Where modifications are permitted, customers may be responsible for airline penalties, fare differences, taxes, and applicable agency service fees.
Passengers are fully responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, identification documents, and any health or entry requirements required for their destination. Bookflightfrom is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, delays, or losses resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or expired travel documents.
Bookflightfrom is not responsible for the actions, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, service interruptions, or negligence of airlines or third-party travel suppliers. We are not liable for personal injury, property loss, travel disruption, missed connections, overbooking, strikes, weather conditions, government actions, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond our direct control. Any claims related to transportation or travel services must be addressed directly with the airline or relevant supplier.
