As an independent travel agency, Bookflightfrom serves as an intermediary between travelers and airlines or other travel suppliers. Refunds, cancellations, changes, and travel credits are governed primarily by the fare rules and policies established by the airline associated with your booking.
Each airline ticket is issued under specific fare conditions determined by the airline. These conditions define whether a reservation may be cancelled, modified, refunded, or converted into travel credit.
Bookflightfrom may charge service fees for travel consultation, reservation assistance, and booking management. These agency fees are separate from airline charges and are generally non-refundable, regardless of whether the airline approves a ticket refund.
For qualifying flights booked in accordance with U.S. regulations, passengers may be eligible to cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full ticket refund, provided the reservation was made sufficiently in advance of departure. While the ticket amount may be refunded, agency service fees may remain non-refundable.
If an airline cancels a flight or makes a significant schedule change, passengers may be eligible for a refund or alternative itinerary based on the airline’s policy. Bookflightfrom will assist in submitting these requests, but final approval rests solely with the airline.
Our payment processing applies only to agency-related service fees. Airline ticket funds are managed directly through airlines or authorized suppliers and are not retained, stored, or controlled by Bookflightfrom payment systems.
When a refund is approved, processing times vary by airline and banking institution. Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method within several business days or billing cycles. Bookflightfrom does not control these external timelines.
