2. Supplier Cancellation Policies

Bookflightfrom operates solely as an independent travel agency and booking intermediary. We do not own, manage, or operate airlines, hotels, car rental providers, or other travel suppliers. Therefore, all cancellations are subject to the terms, fare rules, and policies established by the respective travel provider associated with your booking.

Cancellation eligibility, refund amounts, penalties, and travel credits may vary depending on the airline, fare category, destination, route, and booking conditions. Customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable cancellation terms before completing a reservation.

3. Requesting a Cancellation

Customers who wish to cancel a booking should contact our support team as soon as possible. Cancellation requests may be submitted through our customer support channels, including phone or email assistance. For urgent cancellations, especially those involving upcoming departures, immediate contact with our support team is strongly recommended to avoid additional penalties or restrictions.

4. Refund Eligibility and Cancellation Fees

Any payment processed by Bookflightfrom applies only to our agency-related services. Airline ticket payments are handled directly through authorized airlines or travel suppliers and are not retained or controlled by our agency.

6. No-Show Situations

Failure to appear for a scheduled flight or travel service without prior notice may result in the booking being classified as a “no-show.” In many cases, no-show bookings are fully non-refundable, and remaining segments of the itinerary may be automatically cancelled by the supplier.

7. Airline-Initiated Changes or Cancellations

If an airline cancels, delays, or significantly changes a scheduled flight, passengers may be entitled to alternative travel arrangements or refunds based on the airline’s policy. While we will assist in communicating with the airline, final decisions regarding compensation remain solely with the travel supplier.
